History on him is all through Jr. High and High school they never did exercises in P.E. And he never touched a weight till meeting me. What that means is he went all his life up into his 20's without a single workout. When we did the assessment he struggled completing 2 push-ups, and couldn't complete a single sit-up, that's something I have never seen before. He was truly starting from 0. This is why it has taken him a while to grow. In the beginning I started him on a full body cardio plan, but later I brought in a high repetition, low weight exercise to increase muscle strength while compounding his cardio plan. The result allowed him to later start muscle building while continuing his full body cardio. Even though his muscle plan just started he has increased his lifting strength over 21 lbs. Some of his advances are in his back muscles and we are repairing some past chest exercises he and his friend used to do. Which, created an off set size in his rib cage and incorrect chest lines. There is still much to correct, but he has increased his chest in the corrected areas. He has broadened his shoulders and added size in his triceps. Plus he says his waist size is down 4 sizes.
